It is important that applicants wishing to train to become teachers can demonstrate an ability to work independently as well as being effective team members. They will need to be hard working, committed and resilient, all qualities which will be sought after during the selection process.

Applicants should have the ability to communicate clearly and accurately in both written and spoken English.
